This release introduces territory delegation management, allowing collectivity organizations to delegate management across the platform, along with a Node.js 24.15.0 upgrade and various fixes.

Features

• Territory Delegation Management: Added the ability to create and manage delegated collectivity organizations across the platform. Territory administrators can delegate organization management, invite producer seats for delegated organizations, and get a full overview of delegations, invitations, and usage limits. Rolled out across the backend (new API, service, model, routes), frontend (expanded territory dashboard), and mobile app (activity, order, shop screens).

Fixes

• Pricing Pro Bug: Fixed pricing plan display issues by correcting i18n translation keys in the solutions page for both French and English locales.
• README Update: Updated project README for accuracy.

Other Changes

• Node.js 24.15.0 Migration: Upgraded runtime from Node.js 24.14.0 to 24.15.0. Updated GitHub Actions workflows (9 files), .nvmrc, @types/node to v24, npm to v11.12.1, and cleaned up the dead sqlite3 dependency.
• Staging Deployment Tuning: Adjusted staging deployment workflow configuration.
